Each item is carefully handcrafted and made-to-order, so we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.

As these are specially made for you, all customised and bulk orders are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds or exchanges are offered once the files have been delivered. If you face any issues accessing your files, feel free to reach out.
