All physical products are shipped only within India. Orders are dispatched within 5–10 working days, depending on whether the item is made-to-order or ready-to-ship. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Digital Downloads:

Our digital embroidery patterns are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Please double-check your email address at checkout. If you don’t receive your files within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
